1. Custom Orders & Print Options
All prints sold on this website are custom-made to order. We offer prints in standard sizes and professional mediums, including Lustre Paper, Matte Paper, and High Gloss ChromaLuxe Aluminum. By placing an order, you acknowledge that color reproduction may vary slightly depending on your individual monitor or device calibration settings.
2. Pricing & Payment Processing
All print pricing is listed in USD and is subject to change without notice. All credit card transactions are processed securely through **Stripe**. By confirming your purchase, you agree to pay the total indicated amount, and you authorize Stripe to charge your selected payment method.
3. 6-Hour Cancellation Window
Because each print is custom-produced to your specifications, we offer a strict **6-hour cancellation window** from the moment of purchase. If you need to cancel or modify your order (such as updating a shipping address or changing print sizing), you must notify us via email at gentrysphotos@gmail.com within this 6-hour period. After 6 hours, the order is locked and sent directly to production, and no changes, cancellations, or refunds can be processed.
4. Shipping, Customs, & Duties
We provide **free standard shipping** to the United States and selected international countries (including Japan, Australia, and Canada). While we handle standard shipping costs, any import duties, taxes, customs clearance fees, or regional taxes imposed by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the customer.
5. Returns & Damage Policy
Due to the custom nature of our products, **we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind or buyer's remorse.**
Damaged during transit: If your print arrives damaged, defective, or bent, we will send a replacement free of charge. To initiate a replacement request:
- Contact us at gentrysphotos@gmail.com within **3 days** of delivery.
- Include clear photograph evidence of the damage to the print and the external packaging.
6. Intellectual Property & Commercial Use
All photographs, designs, and content featured on this website are the exclusive intellectual property of Gentry / G.Licious Pics and are protected by United States and international copyright laws.
Purchasing a print grants you a license to display the artwork for **personal, non-commercial use only**. You may not copy, scan, reproduce, distribute, or resell any G.Licious Pics prints or images without explicit, written permission from Gentry.
7. Governing Law
These Terms and any dispute arising from your purchase or use of our website shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Hawaiʻi, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
