Shipping
Shipping to the US is free, along with many other countries including Japan, Australia, and Canada.
If you'd like a shipping quote for another country, send an email referencing the print medium (metal, paper, or acrylic), the size you're interested in (e.g. 16×24 or 24×36), and the destination country.
Processing & production: Orders take 2–4 days to process and produce.
Shipping after production: US orders typically arrive within 5–7 days. International orders take 7+ days depending on destination.
Please allow 24–48 hours for your order to process and begin printing. You'll receive an email confirmation once the order is placed, and another once your print ships.
If you don't receive either within that window, please reach out right away and I'll sort it out.
Print Mediums
I offer several options. Photo Paper and Chromaluxe Aluminum are the most popular. I can also print on acrylic or canvas — just send a message for a quote.
Lustre Paper (my preferred choice for framed prints)
Semi-gloss with a slight texture — durable, fingerprint-resistant, and excellent for vivid colors, rich tones, and fine details without harsh glare.
Matte Paper
A smooth, non-reflective surface with a soft, sophisticated look and no glare. Produces more muted colors and less contrast — great for a minimalist aesthetic.
Chromaluxe Metal (my preferred choice)
Premium, museum-quality metal prints with a vibrant, mirror-like shine. Colors are intensified, blacks are deep, and the image has an almost 3D effect. Bold landscapes and underwater shots look incredible on this medium.
Note: reflective surface may produce glare near windows or in strong direct light.
Mid Gloss Chromaluxe Aluminum
A gentle sheen that reduces reflections while preserving rich color. Great for fine art, portraits, and spaces with bright ambient lighting. Available via custom order — email me for a quote.
Paper prints: I recommend framing with a glass or acrylic layer. Use a strong wood frame — a cheap plastic frame may cause folds or wrinkles over time. Dust lightly with a soft duster.
Chromaluxe Metal prints: Scratch-proof and waterproof. Spray a gentle non-abrasive cleaner onto a soft cloth and wipe gently. For tougher marks, a small amount of isopropyl alcohol or denatured alcohol on a microfiber cloth works well.
Orders & Returns
Each print is custom made, so I'm unable to accept returns or refunds. Once an order is placed, you have 6 hours to cancel free of charge before it goes into production. After that window, orders cannot be stopped.
If an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact me within 3 days of arrival with photos of the damaged packaging and the print itself. I'll get a replacement sent to you as quickly as possible.
If you haven't received a confirmation within 24–48 hours of purchase, please reach out to me via email right away at gentrysphotos@gmail.com and I'll sort it out for you.
